OJT is more than what it means. It’s the set of training, learning and the most important ingredients of all, the experience. Just like what a famous quote says, “Experience is the best teacher” and nothing compares to the knowledge that it can give to us. It may be hard at first, but once we learn to appreciate and love what we’re doing, it became easier and easier every day. As I entered college I am prepared that one day I will be working in the real world. So after taking this on-the-job training I am assuring myself that this will help me in my future job. I know that 320 hours is not enough to fully understand the real situation in working in real world but I am sure that I can cope up easily and flexibly to whatever my future job will be.         (Cleaning the Office, Filing the            NOA(Notice of Assessment) and the scanned Declaration of Real Property, Folding the Sketch Plan)        (Stamping and writing the Tax             Declaration(TD) and Property Index

OJT or On-Job-Training is the activity of the students where in they are trained or prepared to a certain job or career. It is also a requirement of a course before graduation. The students are assigned in different branches of government of private offices wherein they are assigned or perform their work to prepare and exposed themselves to a chosen career. I am Leeren Joy Oberio a fourth year college student of Northern Iloilo State University, Lemery Campus taking up Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I was assigned in Municipal Assessor Office together with Angie Gabayeron. At first I feel nervous and excited as well, they were professionals and I'm just a student trainee. As time goes by, i found myself working harmoniously with them, the employees were so nice and approachable.  My first job is encoding the Abstract Sworn Statement Year 2021, 2022, and 2023. My all time favorite KDrama's

Korean television series or Korean Drama , more popularly known as K-dramas , are television series South Korea. It comes  with different series/episodes wherein you will spent it with your whole heart watching every scene. Korean  Drama's are popular especially to us millenials. Watching Korean Drama's can let us learn many information but we must have a good time management and schedule is the most important thing to any KDrama watcher.  For me, there’s a different kind of feeling when I'm in front of the screen watching my favorite KDrama's without even getting bored. I watched  to enjoy my leisure time, relieve my stress, boredom,  and especially when I can't resist the cuteness of the main character. KDrama for me is fun, enjoyable and it can always make me curious to watch in every series/episode because of many unpredictable scene and twist you can't guess it's ending. Yes, I love watching KDrama but I'm not too obsessed just like oth
